Assembly is easy. Simply print and crop the design of your choice, slide it inside the unsealed edge, and when you're happy that everything is correctly in place (the border fades from black to transparent to hide any unsightly edges) you can then peel off the adhesive strip to seal everything in place.

Alternatively, you can leave the edge unsealed and keep the option open to replace the insert for another use in due course. The place mat will still sit flat, although please be aware that it will leave the insert exposed to any spillages that may occur. It is also not advised to use hot plates on these mats as they are not heat safe. See our CG81 glass place mats is you need a heat proof option.
